After-sales policy

We would rather you keep wearing the piece than argue with us about it. These are the rules we work by.

• Check your parcel when it arrives. If the box is crushed or has been opened, photograph it before you unpack.
• Keep a complete unboxing video for 24 hours after delivery — it is the only evidence a carrier will accept.
• Damaged or missing pieces are settled by refund or replacement. Write to us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We never ask you to send a faulty piece back before we act.

Damaged or missing items

Tell us within 24 hours after delivery and send one continuous unboxing video that shows:

• the outside of the parcel, with the shipping label readable;
• the unboxing itself, uncut, from sealed box to opened box;
• the item and the damage, or the empty space where it should have been.

Photos alone are often not enough for an assessment. With the video we can usually settle it the same day.

Refund options

Choose according to the condition of what arrived.

Partial refund — keep the piece, no return needed

• Missing pieces or parts: refund 80%.
• Damaged on arrival: refund 70%.
• Signs of use or wear: refund 50%.

Return and refund

• Send the piece back within 14 days, in its original box.
• Returned goods are disposed of by our local warehouse; we do not resell them.
• Return shipping is on the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged.

Every proposal is subject to mutual agreement — if none of the above fits your case, write to us and we will find something that does.
