Returns & Refunds
If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it. Write to hello@chichenois.com with your order number and a photo — we answer within two working days.
What can be returned
- Unworn jewellery in its original box, with the silver cloth and care card.
- Incorrect or damaged items — always, including shipping cost.
What cannot
- Incense and other consumables once the seal is broken.
- Custom-sized or engraved pieces.
- Natural patina, slight hand-made variations, or oxidation of fine silver — these are not defects. A polish cloth restores the surface.
How the refund works
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was wrong or damaged. Once the parcel arrives and is checked, we refund the item price to the original payment method within 5 working days. Original shipping is refunded only when the fault is ours.
Exchanges
Size exchanges for bangles and rings are free once — we cover the outbound shipping of the replacement, you cover the return.
