Orders are packed by hand in our workshop in Xianyou, Fujian, China, and dispatched within 24–48 hours. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Prices are in SGD. We are not GST-registered, so no GST is added at checkout. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility — parcels are declared at their paid value, marked as jewellery or handicraft.
Airmail is tracked end-to-end for most destinations, but the last-mile handover in some countries can take a few extra days. If a parcel has not moved for 10 days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.
Incense and customs
Incense is a plant product: some countries restrict or refuse it at the border. If you are outside Singapore and ordering incense, please check your local rules first. We cannot refund parcels seized by customs, but we will always help you with the paperwork.
